The BeingShe Club Growth Series is a strategic platform designed to elevate women in leadership through curated, expert-led workshops. Now in its 3rd edition, this initiative—co-hosted with Virtuzone UAE—has become a cornerstone of personal growth and networking opportunities in the UAE.
Each session is more than a workshop—it’s a transformative experience. From branding and visibility to emotional authority and future-forward leadership, the Growth Series empowers women entrepreneurs, executives, and changemakers to lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
Held monthly at MAKTABIBusiness Centre, Dubai World Trade Centre, these gatherings are intentionally intimate, interactive, and impact-driven. They’re not just events—they’re catalysts for legacy-building. Each session features a new expert voice, a fresh theme, and a powerful opportunity to connect, reflect, and grow.
What We’ve Explored So Far
Each edition of the BeingShe Club Growth Series has been a masterclass in transformation—curated with intention, delivered with heart, and remembered for its lasting impact. These sessions are not just workshops; they are immersive experiences that challenge, affirm, and elevate women in leadership.
We began with “Unapologetically You,” where personal branding expert Kelly Lundberg 🍋 —an international keynote speaker, bestselling author, and TEDx presenter—invited women to embrace their authentic voice and align their external presence with their internal values. Her journey from cabin crew to global brand strategist set the tone for what the Growth Series would become: a space for truth, clarity, and strategic elevation.
Then came “Corporate vs. Entrepreneurship,” led by Suchitra Sivasankaran , transformational coach and founder of Inside & Out. Drawing from her own shift from engineering to empowerment, Suchitra guided high-achieving women to move beyond burnout and redefine success—from doing it all to thriving from within. It wasn’t about choosing sides—it was about choosing self.
In November, we welcome Rajiv Sharma for our third edition, “LeadFORTH: 9 Keys to Lead the Future You Want.” Rajiv brings decades of transformational insight to help women unlock clarity, confidence, and legacy-driven leadership. Then in December, our fourth edition features Dr Katherine I. in “Stop Overthinking, Start Winning: Why respecting yourself is the key to doing more, daring more, and achieving faster.” A globally recognized keynote speaker known for her raw, humorous, and emotionally resonant approach, Katherine has spoken for multibillion-dollar brands like Ferrari, Chevron, and Medtronic, and has been featured in Vogue. Her session will challenge women to redefine failure, ask for what they’re worth, and lead with emotional authority.
