The Being She Excellence Awards, in partnership with Gulf News, is more than an event—it’s a movement. Dedicated to empowering women, it honors exceptional leaders, innovators, and changemakers who have broken barriers and inspired others. By spotlighting their achievements, the awards champion a culture of recognition, inclusion, and progress for women in the UAE and beyond.

Our Approach

STEP 1: GATHERING NOMINEES

Nominees are gained via online registration by uploading their detailed profile with achievements, success stories, client testimonies, feedback, previous awards received, etc.

STEP 2: EVALUATING THE NOMINEES

Nominees will be evaluated based on the submitted materials as supporting evidence.

STEP 3: RESEARCH AND JUDGING

The team will assess the material supplied by the nominees. Final judgment will be from the panel of Jury based on various criteria including client dedication, innovation, business growth, longevity, online reputation, client feedback, and business performance and through the online voting results.

STEP 4: CONTACTING AND ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS

Shortlisted winners will be contacted individually and notified through a congratulatory email and a mandatory selection of PR and media package to be chosen by them for their personal and business marketing purposes in respect of being an award recipient.

STEP 5: AWARDING CEREMONY

The winners will be invited to the on-ground gala event which will be held in a Museum of The Future on 14th June 2025 in Dubai. On the final event, each winner will take the title of the best in that particular category. The winners will also walk away with the prestigious Being She trophy and certificate.
